Tour Overview
Just 8km from Malta, the neighbouring island of Gozo feels like a different world; a gentle landscape made up of undulating hills, lush farmland and clear blue seas. Based at Marsalforn; a peaceful, family-friendly port, you'll explore the locality by jeep and by bike. You'll also take a boat excursion to Comino, where you get the opportunity to swim and snorkel in the Mediterranean, and enjoy a different view of the stunning coastal scenery. In the evenings you can relax in one of the area's lovely waterfront restaurants.
Victoria & Malta
The diminutive yet bustling capital of Victoria is your last stop on Gozo, where you are able to enjoy a tour of the capital, including the Citadel and the market. After transferring to Malta, you have a day free to explore. Your final visit is to Anchor Bay, used in 1979 to recreate Sweethaven, the hometown of Popeye. Here you can explore the film set and enjoy all of the theme park attractions. It's a fun end to a great activity week for children (with relaxation time thrown in for the adults!).
