Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1, CAIRO
Arrive in Cairo.
Day 2, WADI NATRUN - MARSA MATROUH
Drive to the Coptic monasteries at Wadi Natrun, where monks have lived in seclusion since the 4th century. We follow the Mediterranean coast past El Alamein to Marsa Matrouh. (B)
Day 3, SIWA
Travel to the isolated oasis of Siwa. This afternoon we take a bicycle tour of the old city of Shali and the many hot springs. (B)
Day 4, SIWA
A free day to explore this fascinating oasis with an optional jeep safari into the surrounding desert. (B)
Day 5, SIWA - ALEXANDRIA
Travel to the Mediterranean city of Alexandria. (B)
Day 6, ALEXANDRIA
Free day to explore this beautiful town. (B)
Day 7, CAIRO
Return to Cairo where the tour ends on arrival. (B)
